Hi, I'm Anjannette!
I help women get out of their own and make things happen.
I know what it's like to be your own worst enemy. I spent years losing and gaining weight, building and losing strength, starting my own business and then stopping, and beginning a countless number of projects.
It was easy to ignore for a LONG time, until I started feeling embarrassed for always talking about what I was going to do, but never getting there. Why wasn't it happening? Was I just all talk, no action?
I finally accepted what others had been telling me for years, I was the one getting in my own way. Once I took the time to work on it, I learned to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. And it's the best thing I've ever done for myself.

Move Program
This is a 6 week group program held in a private FB group - You get one 1:1 call with me and 6 group calls, plus unlimited access to me in the private group for support, questions, and trouble shooting.
You will have a one on one call with me to determine where you are and where you want to be. Together we will discover what’s holding you back and what needs to be done to move through it.
We’ll create a plan that you will then implement into your life over the program.
Each week there will be a group call to check in , trouble shoot, ask for help, and get support and encouragement. You are also able to access me and the group members in the FB group for continued support and celebrations throughout the week.
