My goals for you during this journey:​​

  • Take the least time possible to create the greatest change possible.

  • Create MORE time and energy for yourself, rather than require it.  

  • Carry the “high” from your accomplishment and momentum into the new year

  • Get in  touch with what makes you happy and feel better about incorporating that into your life.

Each week, for 6 weeks, you’ll receive an audio lesson you can listen to on the go, as many times as needed, to support your efforts and your mindset during our time together (and after).

 

During the second week, you’ll submit your plan for your one thing at your convenience, and I will review it and provide you with feedback via google doc or Facebook messenger.

 

There will be 4 Q&A sessions (where you can show up live or submit questions ahead of time). These will be recorded and posted in the community group or sent to you via email.

 

You’ll also get access to a private community of women on Facebook who are taking the journey with you, where you will receive your weekly lesson, accountability check-ins, Q&A sessions, any extra resources, and access to me throughout the 8 weeks.*

 

*There will be NO new lessons dropped the week of December 23 and December 30. You may come to the group for support if needed, or you may happily focus on other things (but I do expect you to keep thinking about the lessons you’ve received and applying them to your life).

We end with a final group Q&A on Friday, January 3.

Who This Is For?

FAQs

How many people will join me? I am opening up space for up to 20 women.

What types of projects can I work on? Ideally, you will want to focus on small projects that will make a great impact for you, your life/business, and your well-being. This could be creating something new or developing a new positive habit.

What support will I get from you? You will have access to me via the Facebook group and scheduled Q & A sessions.

What if I fall behind? This journey isn't about pressure, so falling behind is okay. The main purpose is to get you to a place where you are putting forth effort consistently to live a life with more progress and joy and less overwhelm and exhaustion. And of course, if this should happen, reach out for help!

How much time should I set aside? As little or as much time as you'd like. I want you to find a groove. I want this to feel easy and fit into what's most important in your life right now.

When do we get started? We officially start on Tuesday, November 12.

When does it end? The last day of the program will be Jan 3 when we have the wrap up call after the holidays.
