☕ Brew & Do: Create the Habit That Fuels Your Success

What if you could start each day feeling energized, clear, and confident—knowing you’re finally making progress on the things that matter most?

It starts with a simple cup of coffee.

Picture this: It’s early morning. You’re sitting with your favorite mug, the comforting warmth in your hands, the familiar scent of freshly brewed coffee filling the air.

In that quiet moment, before the chaos of the day begins, you feel grounded. Hopeful. Excited about what’s possible.

Now imagine if you could feel that way about your work.
About your life.
Every single day.

That’s what Brew & Do is all about.

☕ The Problem Isn’t That You Lack Motivation—It’s That You Lack a Process

You know what you want to accomplish.

  • That book idea that’s been sitting in your head for months.

  • The social media content you keep meaning to create.

  • That new offer for your business you’ve been brainstorming forever.

But every time you sit down to work on it, something gets in the way.
👉 You keep running into resistance.
👉 You’re not sure where to start.
👉 You talk yourself out of it because it’s not perfect yet.

So it sits there.
Unfinished.
Nagging at the back of your mind.

But what if you could make progress—without the pressure?

Who This Is For?

This opportunity IS for:

  • Women who invest in themselves but struggle to stay consistent

  •  Anyone who wants to stop overthinking and start taking action

  •  Those who crave structure, support, and a little fun in the process

  • You’re willing to start small if necessary, and focus on the thoughts and mindset that are moving you through it.

This opportunity is NOT for you if:

  • You require extra support for your project based on knowledge of the project (i.e. how to create the deliverables, how to launch your membership, what weights you should be lifting in order to start a strength training program).

  • (Though my goal is to make this as less time consuming as possible), you still don’t want to show up for yourself and listen to the recordings or do the work.

  • You are trying to complete a huge project in a short amount of time.

About me:

I’m Anjannette Figueroa-Bess, a coach and educator who helps high-achieving women simplify the path to their goals so they can take consistent action without overthinking.

I created Brew & Do because I know how easy it is to get stuck in the planning stage—waiting until you feel “ready” or trying to make the process perfect. My own morning coffee ritual inspired me to create a simple, repeatable process for building habits and making progress—without the pressure of perfection.

Through a mix of mindset, strategy, and habit-building, I’ve helped women follow through on projects they’ve been avoiding for years, build confidence in their ability to take action, and create routines that actually feel good.

If you’ve struggled to stay consistent or finish what you’ve started, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Let’s brew some momentum together.

This Isn’t About Hustle—It’s About Momentum

You don’t need more pressure.
You don’t need to work harder.
You just need a simple, consistent process that feels natural and repeatable.

That’s what Brew & Do will give you.

Are You Ready to Brew the Life You Want?

It’s time to stop overthinking and start doing.
Let’s brew this together.
